Custom Wiring - Kick Harness

Usually, a kick harness wires directly to the extra buttons on a Jamma+ game. That's ok if the cab is dedicated, but if you are switching PCBs or carts alot it can be a big hassle to disconnect the kick harness at the buttons as well as the PCB to change to another kick harness. Also, the button layout is different depending on the games you are playing especially for MVS.

In trying to figure out a good solution to adding 5th and 6th buttons for other games to a MVS Candy cab, I came up with this idea for a kick harness. It allows you to not only easily change the button layout, but also change the kick harness PCB connector as well

This is the standard MVS button layout.
This is a 6 button layout.

This kick harness plugs in between the Jamma harness and the control panel wiring.

It re-routes the 1,2,3 buttons, moves the 4th button to the kick harness and adds the 5,6 buttons with a connector to the game PCB.
